外贸发货后怎样见告客户

正常情形下 ，，，，，，卖家凭证条约约定生产完毕后 ，，，，，，会安排发货。。。。。。。发货后 ，，，，，，营业员应该实时见告客户 ，，，，，，最好将货船名称、发货口岸、发货日期、预计抵达口岸、预计抵达日期一并见告客户 ，，，，，，并向客户说明提单、装箱单、商业发票等票据或许何时可以发送 ，，，，，，以让其做好清关准备。。。。。。。
示例如下。。。。。。。
Dear XXX,
We are pleased to inform you that we have completed the shipment of the consignment in accordance with the stipulations set forth in our contract. The voyage named Nova has sailed from Qingdao on July 3,2019. It is estimated to reach xxx port on July 15, 2019.
