Removal order detail report (overview)
This report provides removal order information and product information for removal orders. You can also see order type and order status for removal orders including quantities by removal type. This report also shows removal fees charged for completed removal orders. View the Removal order detail report.
You can view tracking information for pending and completed returns when shipment information is available for a return order. Select View all shipped units for the order, then select the carrier's name to the right of the shipment's tracking number. This takes you to the carrier's website for additional tracking information.
Tip: The online report includes information for the entire order, not for individual products (FNSKU). For information by FNSKU, see the downloadable report.
