What is Seller Wallet?

All sales proceeds from Shopee go to your Seller Wallet, to increase the ease of tracking your revenue and checking your shop's process. These proceeds exclude shipping fees, vouchers, Shopee coins, marketing costs, and other fees. 

 Note:

• Refunds are deposited into the buyer's ShopeePay. The amount would then be deducted from your upcoming escrow amount. 

• This separates your earnings (on Seller Wallet) and refunds, and helps you manage the two more effectively.
