To run your livestream smoothly, familiarise yourself with the various ways you can use the comments section.
Highlight key messages
If you have giveaways, product highlights or important information, post about it and pin the comment to keep it in prominent view.
Here are some examples of when to pin comments:
Tell viewers to stay tuned for LIVE-exclusive deals.
Provide details of the product you are showing, or T&Cs you want to highlight.
Inform viewers of the next Likes milestone they have to achieve for special deals.
Remind viewers to follow your shop and set reminders for upcoming streams.
You can pin a comment to the bottom of the comments section by selecting Pin the Comment.
To unpin the comment, select Unpin the Comment
Block inappropriate comments
You may encounter unfriendly viewers during livestream. If their comments affect your session, you can ban them from commenting for the rest of your livestream by selecting Disallow Commenting.
