What happens when I have a high Non-fulfilment Rate?

You should maintain a healthy Non-fulfilment Rate (NFR) of less than 2%.

If your NFR exceeds 10%, you will receive a penalty point under the Seller Penalty Points system. One additional penalty point will be issued to sellers whose NFR exceeds 10% and have 30 or more unfulfilled orders.

Some sellers may request buyers to cancel on their behalf to avoid penalties. Sellers who do so will be penalised with extra penalty points.

Sellers with a high number of penalty points in a quarter may have their seller privileges suspended.
