How is Late Shipment Rate calculated?

Late Shipment Rate (LSR) is calculated when you ship an order after its shipping deadline. The shipping deadline is based on the Days to Ship you have set for the product, excluding national holidays and non-working days of Shopee Supported Logistics partners.

For non-pre-order products, you should ship your orders out within 2 days.

If you arrange for the pickup of an order later than the indicated date, the order will count towards your LSR.

Orders that were shipped out late are calculated every Monday. If Shop A has 50 late-shipped orders out of 200 total orders in the past 7 days, its LSR will be 25%. The seller will receive 2 penalty points.

Note

A minimum number of 2 orders is required for assessment. LSR is not calculated if the seller has less than 2 orders.
