Seller Performance Monitoring for Use of Non-Integrated Channels

Shopee's Seller Performance Monitoring System encourages sellers to maintain high fulfilment standards to create a great shopping experience for our buyers.

This monitoring system will be used to track the fulfilment performance of sellers using non-integrated channels, to ensure that sellers adhere to our Shopee recommended ship by dates.

What are non-integrated channels?

Non-integrated channels include:

1. Seller's Own Fleet Delivery

2. Other logistics Provider

3. Virtual Goods - Delivery through app/emails

4. Singpost - Normal Mail

What are the performance metrics that Shopee evaluates?

Metrics	Performance
Average item ratings (Last 30 Days)	>4.8
% Non-receipt refund cases	<5%
% Poor reviews related to delivery	<5%
Fake Shipment*	0

*Fake shipment refers to changing the status of orders to 'shipped' but not sending out the order within the same day

All metrics are evaluated at the end of each month, for orders placed over the last 30 days. 

I am granted access to use non-integrated channels. May I use it for items that can be shipped through integrated channels?

If you are granted access to use non-integrated channels, such as “Seller's Own Fleet Delivery”, “Other Logistics Provider", “Virtual Goods - Delivery through app/emails" and "Normal Mail", you may use it for all your listings.

However for items that can be shipped through integrated channels, you will need to also enable at least 1 integrated channel for these listings as well, to provide buyers with a tracked alternative.

What are the items that qualify to use solely non-integrated shipping channels?

1. Bulky items that exceed the weight/dimension limits of Shopee integrated channels

2. Items that require installation

3. Chilled/ frozen / perishable items that require special delivery methods

4. Virtual goods (e.g vouchers)

You may refer to this list of item categories exempted to use non-integrated channels.

To view the categories of your products, you may go to:
