Using functions on the Sub-account platform

The Sub-account platform helps the main account manage its member accounts with these functions:

1. My Team 

1. The Members page gives an overview of the member accounts that have been added by the main account. 

2. You can add different role titles, their descriptions, and their permission details in the Roles page.

2. My Shops

You can authorise shops added into your sub-account platform and view their respective roles and permission details under the My Shops feature.

3. Chat Management

1. The Chat Management page allows you to create chat groups with different member accounts, and distribute chats to the respective shops and members. 

2. You can also view member accounts'chat performances in the Performance Data page. 

4. Activity Log

You can view your member accounts'activities in both the Sub-account platform and in the Seller Centre under the Activity Log feature. 

5. My Account

You can edit your profile settings, such as your password and security, in the My Account feature.

My Team 

The Members page allows you to Create a member, where you can enter the member's information and choose the member's permission details.

You can then Add new role in the Roles page, define the roles’ descriptions, and edit their permission details. 

My Shops

My Shops function gives you an overview of your authorised shops, and allows you to Bind a shop to your main account. 

You can search for the shop you’d like to bind by entering the shop's username.
