As Shopee LIVE is a social platform in Shopee where sellers and users engage freely, kindly follow our community guidelines when you are conducting a livestream session.

Violation in content guidelines might result in:

1. Warnings

2. Temporary bans

3. Permanent bans from Shopee LIVE

Note

Violations are accumulated weekly and would be penalised accordingly.

Unfortunately, appeals for suspension of bans will not be considered.

If the seller commits multiple violations, the most severe penalty will apply.

For example, if the seller hosted a livestream session promoting fake items with the intent of deceiving buyers (Moderate violation) and was also caught cursing and using profanities (Severe violation), the livestream session would be immediately terminated and the account would be banned as well.
