Understanding shipment models

Shipping your parcels through a logistics provider can happen through two models: 

Drop-off

After arranging for shipment with your logistics provider, you can drop off your parcels at a drop-off point. The logistics provider will then retrieve the parcel from the drop-off point and deliver it to your buyers directly.

Pickup 

For sellers with access to the pickup option, simply arrange for a pickup date in Seller Centre. Your logistics provider will pick up the parcel from you directly, and send it to the buyer.
