Kindly contact NinjaVan at +65 6602 8271 or email support_sg@ninjavan.co to reschedule a pick up.

Alternatively, you may contact Shopee at +65 6206 6610 and provide us with the tracking number(s).

*We encourage you to drop off your parcel at any Ninja Point if the NinjaVan failed to show up on the pick up day https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/ninja-points#find-a-ninja-point.

Note:

Parcels up to 5KG or cumulative cubic dimensions of 80cm (Length + Width + Height) will be accepted via the Ninja Point. (Approx. size of a shoe box or A4 poly-mailer)

For parcels larger than 5KG / 80cm (Length + Width + Height) - kindly reschedule pick up with NinjaVan.
