Introduction to Seller Shipping Fee Promotion
Seller shipping fee promotion is a feature that allows you to create shipping fee promotions. Shipping fee discounts will attract shoppers and drive order growth.
How do I set my seller shipping fee promotion?
1.Go to Seller Centre and click on Marketing Centre
2.Select Shipping Fee Promotion
3. Click on Create
4. Set up your new shipping promotion
a. Enter the promotion name
b. Set the start and end time for the promotion (optional)
c. Select the shipping channels for the shipping promotion (Shipping channels that are already in other seller shipping promotions during the same time period will not be available for selection)
d. Enter the minimum spend and the corresponding shipping fee discount provided to shoppers
e. If free shipping is selected, you will cover all the shipping fees for the shopper if the order value hits the minimum spend (The free shipping option may only be selected for the highest tier)
f. To add more shipping promotion tiers, click on Add Tiers (max. 3 tiers) and fill in the necessary details
g. Click Save
5. View your shipping promotions
a. Search by promotion name
b. Select the relevant status (Ongoing/Upcoming/Expired)
6. Manage your shipping promotions
a. Edit [Ongoing/Upcoming]: Edit shipping promotion details
b. End [Ongoing/Upcoming]: Immediately end shipping promotion and change status to Expired
c. View [Expired]: View shipping promotion details
After your shipping fee promotions are set up, they will be displayed in the product details page.
Note: Do note that the seller shipping fee promotion applies to all products in your shop which have the relevant channels enabled.
How will it look like to my buyers?
After a "Seller's Shipping Promotion" is created, it will be visible in your Product Detail Page.
The promotion will be applied upon checkout to provide an attractive shipping fee discount to the buyer.
Note: If your promotion rule is less attractive than Shopee's promotion rule, it will not be displayed on the product detail page or applied in checkout stage.
