为了能给wish用户提供实时的效劳，，，，，，，Wish要求商户尽快推行订单。。。。。
凭证商户政策第5.1条，，，，，，，若订单未在订单释放至商户后5个自然日推行，，，，，，，该订单将被自动退款并且相关的产品将被下架。。。。。
别的，，，，，，，UTC时间2018年8月15日00:00起，，，，，，，此类被自动退款的订单，，，，，，，每单将被处以50美金的赔款。。。。。

Why do we have to ship within 5 calendar days of receiving an order?
We ask that merchants fulfill their orders as quickly as possible in order to provide a timely service for our users.
Per Merchant Policy 5.1, if an order is not fulfilled in 5 calendar days, it will be refunded and the associated product may be disabled.
Additionally, effective August 15, 2018 00:00 UTC, the merchant will also be fined $50 per auto-refunded order.
