Effective July 1, 2021 10:00AM Beijing Time, the Smart Logistics Program is launched for all China-based merchants with Romania enabled as a destination country to drop ship Romania-bound orders directly via WishPost (i.e., excluding EPC Blue, and Advanced Logistics Program orders).
