凭证商户的 Wish 账户中注明的条款或商户可能与 Wish 签署的任何其他协议的条款，，，，，，，在产品售出时，，，，，，，Wish 将在商户定价（产品价钱+产品运费）基础上按一定比例支付给商户（被扣除的部分就是“收入分成”），，，，，，，或向商户支付牢靠金额。。。。。。。。商户可以在商户平台的“账户”>“设置”页面审查相关信息。。。。。。。。 

支付给商户的金额将是商户定价（商户设置的产品价钱和运费）减去所有适用的收费。。。。。。。。

自 UTC 时间2021年7月19日晚7时起实验以下收入分成比例，，，，，，，商户与 Wish 尚有协定的除外：

• 非北美路向的 Wish Express 订单（所有品类）的收入分成为 5%。。。。。。。。

• 北美路向的 Wish Express 订单（所有品类）的收入分成为 10%。。。。。。。。

• 日用品所有路向的非 Wish Express 订单的收入分成为 10%。。。。。。。。

• 情趣用品所有路向的非 Wish Express 订单的收入分成为 25%。。。。。。。。

• 欧盟本土商户或在欧盟设立营业机构的非欧盟本土商户在欧盟境内（即收货地和发货地均在欧盟境内）的非 Wish Express 订单（包括除日用品和情趣用品之外的所有品类）的收入分成为 15%。。。。。。。。

• 欧盟路向的所有其他非 Wish Express 订单（包括除日用品和情趣用品之外的所有品类）的收入分成为 22%。。。。。。。。

• 非欧盟路向的非 Wish Express 订单（包括除日用品和情趣用品之外的所有品类）的收入分成为 15%。。。。。。。。

9.2.1Payment Amounts

Depending on the terms noted within the merchant’s Wish account or the terms of any other agreement the merchant may have with Wish, when an item sells, Wish will pay the merchant either a percentage (the remaining percentage retained by Wish is called the "revenue share" percentage) or a set amount of the listed product price plus the listed shipping price (combined) as provided to Wish by the merchant. This information is available to the merchant in the Merchant Dashboard under Account > Settings. Learn more

Payments will be a net amount reflecting the merchant’s prices (listed product price and listed shipping price) less any Charges.

Unless otherwise agreed upon between Wish and the merchants, merchants are subject to the following tiered revenue share structure, effective July 19, 2021 7:00PM UTC:

• 5% revenue share on Wish Express orders (across all product categories) bound for non-North American destinations.

• 10% revenue share on Wish Express orders (across all product categories) bound for North American destinations.

• 10% revenue share on non-Wish Express orders (across all destinations) for Household Supplies products.

• 25% revenue share on non-Wish Express orders (across all destinations) for Sex Toys products.

• 15% revenue share on non-Wish Express orders (across all product categories except for Household Supplies or Sex Toys) shipped within the European Union (i.e., from and to the EU), ONLY if the merchant falls within one of the following groups: EU domiciled, or Non-EU domiciled with an EU establishment

• 22% revenue share on all other non-Wish Express orders (across all product categories except for Household Supplies or Sex Toys) bound for EU destinations.

• 15% revenue share on non-Wish Express orders (across all product categories except for Household Supplies or Sex Toys) bound for non-EU destinations.
