Using login services
You can use login services to log in to your Shopify admin using Google Workspace. Logging in with Google Workspace can simplify the login process for you and your staff when you regularly use Shopify and Google Workspace apps, such as Google Docs or Google Calendar. You need to be the Shopify store owner to enable or disable login services.
Tip
You need to add staff in your Shopify admin before they can log in to Shopify using Google Workspace.

Connect your Shopify ID to an external login service
From your Shopify admin, click your username and account picture.
Click Manage account.
In the Connected login service section, click Connect to Google.
When prompted, select or enter your Google account.
Enable login services for G Suite
From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Users and permissions.
In the Login services section, click Edit to view options for Google Apps.
Check Enable Google Apps for login.
Enter your Google Workspace domain name.
Click Save.
Add staff for G Suite
Add staff in your Shopify admin.
Make sure you're logged in to your Google Workspace account. Your email address needs to be the same for both your Shopify staff and your Google Workspace account.
Click Log in to access your Shopify admin.
Deactivate login services for G Suite
From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Users and permissions.
In the Login services section, click Edit to view options for Google Apps.
Uncheck Enable Google Apps for login.
Review the list of accounts set to lose access to your store after Google Workspace is disabled, then confirm the list of accounts that will still be able to log in using a Shopify email and password.
Click Disable.
