Fill orders from other sales channels (Multi-Channel Fulfillment)
Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) is a program within Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). With MCF, Amazon stores your inventory in our fulfillment centers. When items sell on your own site, or on another ecommerce site, Amazon picks, packs, and ships them to your customers.
Use the tools in your seller account to create MCF shipments to Amazon, submit orders for Amazon to fill, and manage customer service for those orders. With Multi-Channel Fulfillment you scale your business and manage spikes in orders during peak seasons. You can also offer customers one- and two-day delivery options.
With MCF, you can choose to have returns sent back to you or back to Amazon fulfillment centers and returned to your inventory. You can request to have your inventory returned to you at any time.
Your FBA inventory can be fulfilled automatically using MCF. If you have a Professional selling account, you can list your multi-channel fulfillment inventory without making it available for sale on Amazon. For more information, see List Products for Fulfillment by Amazon.
Important: If you use MCF as a way to fulfill orders yourself, you will not be eligible for reimbursement for lost or damaged inventory. To be eligible for these reimbursements, you can List products for Fulfillment by Amazon.
