What happens when I have a high Late Shipment Rate?

You should maintain a healthy Late Shipment Rate (LSR) of less than 2%.

If your LSR exceeds 10%, you will receive a penalty point under the Seller Penalty Points system. One additional penalty point will be issued to sellers whose LSR exceeds 10% and have 50 or more late-shipped orders.

Sellers with a high number of penalty points may have their seller privileges suspended temporarily.
