在“售后客户效劳”或“售前客户效劳”下设置新的谈天组。。。。。。。售后客户效劳组治理与售后相关的盘问，，，，，，例如运输，，，，，，退货和退款，，，，，，而售前客户效劳组治理与产品相关的盘问。。。。。。。

您可以审查谈天的性能数据，，，，，，例如关闭，，，，，，翻开，，，，，，未读和挂起的谈天次数。。。。。。。

您还可以在“性能数据”页面下检查实时数据或统计数据。。。。。。。实时数据可让主要客户实时审查谈天需求并治理人力，，，，，，而统计数据则包括您可以下载的已往数据。。。。。。。

Chat Management

You can use the main account to manage and distribute chats by going into the View Details function in the Chat Management page.

Chat Distribution allows you to distribute chats to the respective members' accounts in the groups. You can create new groups to include different member accounts. 

Set up new chat groups under either After-sale Customer Service or Pre-sale Customer Service. After-sale Customer Service groups manage post-sales related enquiries such as shipping, return and refund, while Pre-sale Customer Service groups manage enquiries that are product-related.

You can view your chats' Performance Data, such as number of chats closed, opened, unread and pending.

You can also check either Real-time Data or Statistical Data under the Performance Data page. Real-time Data lets the main account view chats' demand and manage manpower in real-time, while Statistical Data contains past data that you can download. 

Activity Log

The Activity Log function tracks performances of member accounts’ activities on both the Sub-account platform and Seller Centre.

Set the time period and enter the member's name or username. Choose the Activity type for the Sub-account platform, and both the Activity type and Shop input typefor Seller Centre.

My Account

Use the My Account function to edit your profile and account settings, such as email address, phone number, username and password.
