Add product documents

You can add product documents to your products individually or by using feeds.

Note: This feature is available to Amazon Business sellers only.

 

Add product documents individually

To add product documents to your products individually, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Product Document Uploader and click on the Manage single product tab.
2. In the Your product section, type the SKU for the product to which you want to add product documents.
3. Select the type of product document from the Type of document drop-down list.
4. Select whether you want add or update the product document from the Action drop-down list.
5. Click Choose File, then select your file.
6. If you want to add an additional product document file for this product, click Add another file.
7. Click Submit.

 

When the file was successfully sent, you will see the message: "Your product document upload request was successfully sent. Check the status of your file (Batch ID: ###)." If you do not see this message, contact us. If you see the success message but the file is not showing up on the detail page, see a list of categories that currently support product documents.

Add product documents with a feed

To add product documents to your products via feed, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Product Document Uploaderand click on the Manage multiple products tab.
2. From the Product Document Uploader page, click the sample file template link to download the sample file.
3. Complete the information for the listings to which you want to add product documents, making sure that you set the field in the Action: Update, Delete column to Update. Save your file to your local hard drive in Text (Tab-delimited) (*.txt) format.
4. Click Browse, then select your file.
5. Click Upload.

 

When the file was successfully sent, you will see a message: "Your product document upload request was successfully sent. Check the status of your file (Batch ID: ###)." If you do not see this message, contact us.
