Amazon Launchpad Program Terms
These Amazon Launchpad (LP) program terms supplement your seller agreement.

Application is required to participate in LP. To apply, click here.
Program benefits
LP is a full-service program that supports entrepreneurs and startups that create, sell, and deliver innovative products to Amazon customers. We provide tools and services such as onboarding support, marketing consultations, and global expansion opportunities to help brands maximize their success on Amazon.
The fee schedule and description of benefits that applies to your participation in LP can be found here.
If you sell certain products exclusively on Amazon and your own branded websites or physical stores, you can receive additional benefits for those products. This includes participation in additional marketing opportunities.
Requirements
To apply to LP, you must:
Be a new seller to Amazon, meaning you listed your first product on Amazon less than 3 years ago and your brand has generated less than $5 million in gross merchandise sales
Be the brand owner of all products you list on Amazon

At all times during your participation in LP:
Customer orders for your product(s) must be fulfilled using Fulfillment by Amazon or Seller Fulfilled Prime
Your account must be in good standing

Minimum Commitment and Right to Cancel

Additional marketing assets
If you include any product or brand images on your own website or social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest) for products also sold on Amazon (“Product Images”), you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the duration of your participation in LP, to collect or use any and all of the Product Images for LP services and sublicense any of the foregoing rights to third parties, Affiliates, and operators of Amazon Associated Properties, in connection with the LP program. Additionally, you represent and warrant that the Product Images are your original work, or you obtained Product Images in a lawful manner and our and our sublicensees’ exercise of rights under the license above will not violate any person’s or entity’s rights, including any copyright rights. We will comply with your removal requests as to specific uses of your Product Images.
Additional terms
We may in our sole discretion waive, suspend, or terminate any feature of LP in accordance with your seller agreement or waive the requirements for LP. We retain sole discretion in determining what is included in brand support. If your participation in LP is terminated, we will no longer provide you with LP services.
