I accidently revoked the permissions of a developer. How can I re-authorize their permissions?
On the Manage your apps page, under the Actions column for the Amazon MWS developer, click on the Enable button.
What if I cannot recognize my developers by Developer ID or Developer name?
For help identifying the Amazon MWS developer, contact Amazon MWS Support. After you have identified the developer, you can click Edit next to their Developer name to change it for future reference.
What is the difference between a developer¡¯s access to my account being revoked and being suspended?
If the access is revoked, the developer will not be able to access your account, and the MWS Auth token representing the relationship is destroyed. If you grant access to the developer again, you will need to give them a new MWS Auth token before they can successfully access your account.
If the access is suspended, the developer will not be able to access your account, but the MWS Auth token will be left intact. If you restore the developer¡¯s access, they will immediately have that access, and you will not have to give them a new MWS Auth token.
Will enabling Two-Step Verification affect my third-party connections? (Such as screen scrapers, integrators, or data aggregators.)
Two-step verification might affect some connections from third-parties using screen-scraping technology to sign in to your seller account using a user name and password. We encourage you to explore whether Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS) or Reports in Seller Central can provide the functionality for which you use a third-party.
