使用托收条款，， ，，，，，应在条约中明确划定交单条件、买方付款或承兑责任和付款限期。。。。。 。
1.即期付款交单(D/P at sight)
例如，， ，，，，，Upon first presentation, the Buyers shall duly make the payment against documentary draft made out to the Buyers at sight by the Sellers. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.(买方应对卖方开具的以买方为付款人的见票即付的跟单汇票举行连忙付款，， ，，，，，付款时交单。。。。。 。)
2.远期付款交单(D/P after sight)
例如，， ，，，，，The Buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the Sellers at 30 days sight upon first presentation and make due payment on its maturity. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.(买方应对卖方开具的见票后 30 天跟单汇票作出承兑。。。。。 。在汇票到期日举行付款，， ，，，，，付款时交单。。。。。 。)
3.承兑交单(D/A-Documentary against Acceptance)
例如，， ，，，，， The Buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft made out to the Buyers at 30 days sight upon first presentation and make due payment on its maturity. The shipping documents are to be delivered against acceptance.(买方应对卖方开具的以买方为付款人的见票后30天跟单汇票作出承兑。。。。。 。在汇票到期日举行付款，， ，，，，，承兑后交单。。。。。 。)
