署理信函的分类
署理信函一样平常分为4种形式。。。 。。。
Agency letters are usually divided into the following four types.
1.寻找署理(Looking for an Agent )
委托方自我介绍，， ，，，，，写信寻找海内外署理人(商)。。。 。。。
The principal volunteers to write to seek for an agent both at home or abroad.
2.申请署理(Applying for an Agent)
想成为署理人(商)的一方自动写信寻找海内外的委托人。。。 。。。
The party who wants to be an agent volunteers to write to seek for a principal both at home or abroad.
3.赞成署理(Agreeing lo the Agent)
委托人赞成署理人或潜在署理人的申请，， ，，，，，并体现接受此申请。。。 。。。
The principal agrees to the application for an agent or the potential agent and expresses the acceptance for the agency.
4.拒绝署理(Refusing the Agent )
委托方或署理方都有权力谢绝对方的请求，， ，，，，，可是拒绝信应该礼貌且有说服力。。。 。。。The principal or the potential agent has rights to decline the other side's request Bu the letter should be polite but convincing.
